LCD is a Group Affiliate of the Country Dance and Song Society (CDSS).

Our local dance neighbors include:

• Princeton Country Dancers PCD's regular dance is on Wednesday Nights from 8:00 to 10:30 pm, plus 4th Saturdays and occasional special events.
• Germantown Country Dancers offer weekly Wednesday night English dances 11 months of the year (never in August), plus First Saturday events from November though May.
• Philadelphia Thursday Night Contra Dance
• Glenside Third Saturday Series
• 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday Valley Contra Dance in Bethlehem, PA
• The Arden Contra Dances are held on the first Sunday of each month in Arden, Delaware.
• Peggy Leiby maintains the Seven Day Guide to Folk, Swing and Traditional Dancing In and Around Philadelphia, which includes listings for many different types of dances in addition to Contra and English.
  
• Folk Project shows the schedules for the Swingin' Tern Dance (in Chatham, New Jersey, not far from Morristown).
• North Jersey English Country Dancers meet every other Sunday afternoon in Ridgewood, NJ from September to June.
